We had such a wonderful experience bringing our 6-month-old in for her first haircut. Gloria was incredibly understanding and patient, making the entire visit feel calm and stress-free. She took her time, worked gently with our baby, and truly showed how experienced and caring she is with little ones. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of the first haircut certificate — such a sweet keepsake that meant a lot to us as parents. From start to finish, the experience felt welcoming, accommodating, and handled with so much professionalism and kindness. We brought our son for his very first haircut and Johanna was wonderful from start to finish. She was calm, professional, and so sweet with him. Her positive energy helped him feel relaxed, and she took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. It turned what could have been a stressful moment into such a happy memory. It was our first time bringing our 1-year-old son to this hair salon, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. I was very nervous beforehand because he tends to throw tantrums and moves around a lot, so I wasn’t sure how the appointment would go. Johanna, the hairstylist, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She immediately made us feel comfortable and was so warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure my son felt at ease by putting on Ms. Rachel and giving him a toy to keep him distracted. Her patience was incredible — even when he wiggled and got fussy, she stayed calm, kind, and reassuring the entire time. You could tell she genuinely cares about the kids she works with. She took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure his haircut came out perfect. We left feeling so happy and relieved, and I’m beyond grateful that his first real salon experience was such a positive one. We will definitely be coming back! 💛
