Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Coral Gables

The Merrick Park Madison Reed location knocked it out of the park, literally!!! A huge THANK YOU to all the staff there, especially Indira and Savannah! These 2 ladies helped shape my new view of Madison Reed. They, and the other 2 staff members are exceptional representatives of this brand. Long story short. I went to another location last month, day before my birthday. My experience was not the best from start to finish. I hung in trying to be understanding of being someone's last appointment and they were exhausted and or inexperienced when left alone with multiple clients. Whatever the case, I was left with dark, large dye marks 2 inches from hairline on my forehead and temple, had dye marks on both ears, cheeks, and back of neck. I was told nothing could be done and there was no product there available to try to remove stains left by colorist who had already left. I went home and had to wash face/hair after paying for my blow out. I considered canceling the membership I just signed up for because now I was leaving on a birthday trip not like I payed to look for the celebration. Hesitant, I made another appointment, but, this time at Merrick Park location. Both Indira and Savannah listened to my past experience and went above and beyond to rectify it. I am so grateful to them both for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. I am more than satisfied with the color, the styling. I recommend THIS Madison Reed location!!!!

Blow out was ok but I’m thrilled with my color. Went in for roots, partial highlights and the dry. Under $250 with tip and in-out in a couple hours vs half a day and more than double at other salons. So happy with my membership.

The staff is always incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful—they take the time to listen and make sure you leave happy with your results. Especially Indira, Savannah, Keisha, and Natia. One thing I really appreciate is their consistency. No matter who you see or when you go, the quality of service is always reliable. The salon is also very organized, which makes appointments run smoothly and on time. On top of that, the location and scheduling options are super convenient, making it easy to fit visits into a busy schedule. Overall, it’s a professional, friendly, and well-run salon that I would definitely recommend.

She was very professional, provided wonderful service, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. I absolutely loved how everything came out and couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! I love the convenience of having a membership that offers unlimited root touch ups—it’s cost and time efficient. Super easy to book—especially if you need same or next day appointments. And you have a blow dry bar with styling products if you wish to dry and style your own hair after coloring. 100% recommend!
