Dua Spa By K'alma

I got the best massage here I’ve ever had with my girlfriend. Shoutout to Michael and Gabriella. Highly recommend if you’re ever in Miami and need a massage/just want to unwind. Hotel staff on the way up kind of were not very polite, but the spa itself was lovely.

Fantastic massage from Daniela! She found all my trouble spots and used deep pressure to work out all the knots, which I greatly appreciated! Her massage technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what I needed. She’s excellent! I also have to mention Gretel, who checked me in and showed me all the spa amenities. She was lovely and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Perfect spa day!

My boyfriend and I just had one of the best 90-minute massages we’ve ever had (BRICKELL— DUA HOTEL) A huge thank-you to Ested and Stephanie, our amazing masseuses! they were both so kind and professional. Ested even managed to put me to sleep mid-massage (which never happens for me!) that’s how relaxed I was. What I really appreciate is that when you book a massage here, you also get access to their spa amenities. They have separate steam rooms and showers for men and women, plus a beautiful pool area where you can lounge, grab a drink, or dine by the water. We took full advantage of it all and had such a peaceful, rejuvenating day. Highly recommend booking here if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself or a loved one.

Just spent the most peaceful afternoon at Dua Spa by K’alma in Coconut Grove and I’m officially obsessed. The moment you step inside, it’s like the chaos of Miami disappears — everything is soft, serene, and smells incredible. My treatment was exactly what my body and mind were craving. The therapist was wonderful — super attentive, gentle when needed, strong when it counted, and left me feeling completely rebalanced and relaxed in a way I haven’t in ages. Loved lingering afterward in the quiet lounge with herbal tea and the prettiest little details everywhere you look. The whole place just radiates calm luxury without trying too hard. If you need a proper escape and some serious self-care, this is the spot. Already planning my return — thank you, Dua, for the reset! Absolutely worth every second.

I am a fan of spas and massages and Ciel spa is a different level. Not only I received a great deep tissue massage by Maye, I also had a cleansing ritual before my massage and a meditation to set my intention. It was really beautiful. Would be back for sure!
