I had an excellent experience at Open Hair Miami. I went in for a wash, blowout + flat iron with Yensil and she absolutely delivered. My hair feels silky, light, and super healthy — not heavy or greasy at all. She took her time, was gentle, and really cared about the final result. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I got a haircut and blow dry by Jennifer for a wedding the next day. It was my first visit. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone there was friendly and professional.
