Emily is the most intuitive hair stylist I’ve ever been to and I am old enough to have been to very very many! She knew what I needed not only in terms of the physical hair cut but she knew the change that I needed on a mental level after talking with me for a few minutes before she cut my hair the first time and we all know that how we look effects how we feel. The whole family goes to her now and we would recommend her to anyone, any age. I feel so fortunate to have her professional skills available to us in Birmingham! If you go to her for the first time you can trust that she knows exactly what you and your hair need!

Emily is fantastic! I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before; not just the cut and style but also the color (she makes my blonde look so natural). She knows how to cut hair that is not only easy to style, but easy to maintain. She's great!

Emily Ross cut my hair for nearly 20 years during the time she worked in Los Angeles. She has tremendous skill, providing precision styling. Emily also listens carefully and adapts easily to changes and is always honest about what will work and not work. She's also just a delightful and fun person to spend and hour with sitting in her chair! I highly recommend Emily!

Emily knows hair, but she also takes the time to get to know her clients. I feel confident she not only makes the best recommendations concerning what hair products I should use, but she would also never leave me with a hair style I could not manage myself. So happy to have found her!!

Emily is so awesome! My hair stylist cancelled on me last minute, but I really needed a cut on super short notice because I had upcoming job interviews. Everywhere I called was booked up. I stumbled upon Emily because of her 5 star rating. I was a little hesitant because of the number of reviews, but please dont let that keep you from calling her. She does EXCELLENT work, and I'm so happy I went to her. When I called her, she was already booked up, but she fit me into her schedule because she wanted me to feel my best during my interviews. I love how she really took her time and asked just the right questions so she would know exactly what I was looking for. She isnt a one cut fits all type of stylist. She is an artist! If you want to set up an appointment with her, you should go to her website. Her salon is not currently located in Trussville like it says on google.
